Countdown for Jira

Countdown requests no permissions and reads no data from your Jira site. Its manifest declares an empty permission scope. It cannot see your issues, projects, users, or attachments, because it never asks for access to them.

What is stored

Only the settings you type into the gadget: a title, a target date, an optional start date, and the display thresholds. These are stored by Atlassian as part of your dashboard, inside Atlassian’s own infrastructure. Onesty does not copy them anywhere.

Where it runs

Countdown is a Forge app. It runs entirely on Atlassian’s infrastructure and qualifies for the Runs on Atlassian programme. There is no Onesty server involved, no external service is contacted, and no data leaves Atlassian.

What is not collected

Deleting your data

Remove the gadget, or uninstall the app, and the settings go with it. Because nothing is held outside Atlassian, there is nothing for us to delete on request. If you would like written confirmation of that, ask and you will get it.

If you write to us

Email sent to [email protected] reaches a mailbox we control. We keep the correspondence so we can follow up and so we can look back at reported problems. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not pass it to anyone else.

Mail is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing and sent through Resend, both acting as processors. Ask and we will remove your correspondence.

Automated acknowledgements

When you write to us you may receive an automatic acknowledgement confirming that your message arrived. It says so in its first line. The reply that follows is written by a person.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Write to [email protected] and you will get an answer.
